It is great! A cruise is one of the most romantic settings available and the price is right too. Most cruise lines have a variety of honeymoon packages. Some have a champagne reception, complimentary cake, flowers, table for 2, beds that convert, or one large bed and more. You can get pre or post packages and even get married on board!
Some cruise lines do not allow tipping. Some include the tip in the price (usually upscale lines). The rest of the cruise lines make suggestions on tipping and leave it up to the client to decide how much, or if they will tip.
It should not be a problem for most people. The most popular cruises sail where the waters are usually calm. Almost all of today's cruise ships have stabilizers they can use in rough seas. There are "over the counter" medications available and all sorts of pressure point gadgets for sale. Caution: using "the patch" can be risky to some people, so check with you doctor before using prescription medication that may be too strong for you.
Yes. Almost every ship (except smaller vessels sailing coastal waters), has medical facilities. These are staffed with a nurse and/or a doctor or both.
Most cruise ships have laundry services. Some have do-it-yourself facilities for those who want to do their own. Some lines have dry cleaning as well.

Yes. They come in a variety of sizes. You can even arrange to use some of the public rooms that seat several 100 people if needed. For an added fee you can have a refreshment table placed at each meeting time.
