  1. Is cruising affordable?

Yes, there are cruise vacation packages to suit every budget. Everything from budget cruises to the top of the line cruises. We sell them all!

  2. How long are cruises?

You can go on cruises that sail to nowhere for a day (for gambling purposes), or you can sail as long as you like! Most reputable cruises sail for 3 nights up to world cruises that can last 3 months or more.

  3. Where can I go?

Almost anywhere you want! Cruises go all over the world. You can cruise the oceans, seas, rivers, and lakes. You can even go to the Arctic or Antarctic.

  4. How do I book a cruise?

Visit, call, e-mail, or fax your travel requests to Cruise Vacation Center (your certified and CLIA accredited agency). We are also active members of Vacation.com one of the U. S. largest travel consortiums. You can reach our offices at any time by using the information found on our "Contact Information" web page.

  5. Are all ships & cruises alike?

No, there are a wide variety of ships and itineraries. Even the various ships within one cruise line will differ. Different cruise line companies target different types of clients. Some cater to "first time cruisers, some to "families", some to "seniors", some to "up-scale clients" and so on.

  6. What does air/sea cruise refer to?

This means that you are purchasing a cruise plus airfare from the gateway of your choice. It also includes transfers when you purchase the airfare in a package with the cruise from the cruise lines bulk airfare.

  7. Can I book at the last minute?

Yes, there is always the possibility that you may find space available on the ship you want going to the destinations you prefer. When booking a true "last minute" cruise you may not receive any tickets. Instead, your name(s) will be listed on the ship's manifest and you simply show up at the pier on the day of sailing and produce your proper documents for cruising such as current passport and drivers license (with picture), or a certified copy of your birth certificate from the county health department plus your drivers license.

  8. Do I need a passport?

This will depend on the type of cruise and your destination. For most cruises you only need a picture ID (such as your drivers license) and a certified copy of your birth certificate. If you are not a U. S. citizen you will need to provide a picture ID, visa, vaccination certificate, etc..

  9. Will I get bored?

Not likely. There will be plenty of things to do while you sail form one port to the other. Most of the time you sail at night and visit the ports of call during the day. Things to do range from: shuffle board, ping pong, swimming, sunning, horse races, bingo, spa activities, sauna, weight room, jogging, skeet shooting, movies, shopping gambling, wine tastings, lectures, & much more!
